My first experience was incredible. Really appreciated how thorough they were.

If you have the one insurance they take it’s good but they ONLY take county insurance so if you have to switch insurances they will cancel your appointments even if the appointment is the next day and had been scheduled for months. And dont bank on someone picking up the phone. I called the multiple times a day for a week and could only get ahold of them by leaving a voicemail. I got a call back less than a minute after leaving the voicemail. It seems to me that they could just answer the phone once in a while. When I was able to go there they were nice and helpful but I feel that them canceling my appointment last minute could’ve been avoided if they were reachable.

Before my rant I will say the staff is very nice. Their hours are terrible! Only open until 4pm?! Some people actually work jobs that work past 4pm, even a bank works later than that! That is embarrassing. Oh, how about picking up a prescription on lunch break? No, they take a whole hour right at the busiest time of the day, which to put that in perspective, elementary school kids only get a 30 minute lunch AND are often in school longer than this place. And to top it off they can’t have the prescription ready in an hour or two? Why do we have to wait a day when the prescription medications are in house? Perhaps because they don’t want to get off their chairs to count them and print a label for the bottle. Thank god I just got different insurance so I never have to deal with this place a

I had Covid for the first half of January that went to my lungs. The frontline workers at Proactive MD were very comforting and provided early care for me. I am so grateful for them, and without them I know I would have been in the hospital. I am happy to say that I have tested negative and I am back to work. Thank you so much, Stacey

The women working at the front desk was nasty and not nice at all. She should not be working with people… tried to explain what I was needing and would not even tell me if the NP was working…
