Pro Vision Optometry

Dr. Cheung is professional, knowledgeable detailed and attentive. She did a thorough exam and answered my questions patiently with a detailed answer. One of the reviews mentioned some communication issue with the front desk. The front desk staff might not speak English very fluently (it is probably not their first language), but this doesn’t change the fact that Dr. Cheung does an amazing job. Definitely recommend having her to take care of your eyes.

I visited this office after my current optometrist moved. I am glad I did. Dr. Cheung is great. Personable and attentive, her examination is thorough, and she takes the time to explain what she has observed. As others have noted, the frame selection could be better, but if you're for a good optometrist, Pro Vision is an excellent choice I think her parents help out at the office. Dad helps run the pre exam tests, and mom does the clerical stuff. Mom can be blunt, in that Chinese mom kind of way. Lol.

Best eye Dr hands down. She loves eyes and it shows. She's friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is clean and has the latest eyeware. I highly recommend her.

Front desk is of no help regarding inquiries. I was asking if they carry a particular type of lens I'm looking for, spelled it out to them, and just told me "I don't know, ask the doctor, ok?" Then proceeded to hang up. Wasn't helpful at all.

Have been going here for the last 8 years.we hope to continue until we are in bay area. Have changed dentist every couple of years but haven't changed her though she is far away from my place.
