Pro-Health Urgent Care and Occupational Health of Tawas

Tawas urgent care needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! Absolutely the rudest receptionist/manager that I've ever had a conversation with! Thinks she is so much smarter and better than everyone thay enters thay building. She pretty much calls the patients stupid! This should be addressed immediately. As a owner of a business myself, this would be a zero tolerance policy with terms of immediate termination for the employee(s). Someone that rude should have 0 contact with people. The people working there are obviously not qualified to be operating a business with sick/hurt patients. Sounds like they need to be working in a vets office so the animals can't make out what they have to say. I hear that the employees have been VAPING INSIDE?!?!? Steer way clear of this place! Unless you want to leave in worse

I went there about an hour before closing with trouble breathing from the flu and my asthma. The staff was so pleasant and didn't make any fuss over how late it was. My insurance gave us a headache but thankfully the registrar at the front desk worked with me and we got it figured out! Ashley was the provider I saw, and would absolutely recommend her! She was able to get me everything I needed and then some to make sure I was taken care of. I truly cannot thank the staff at the urgent care enough!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would the so called "manager" just hung up on me when I am trying to give my mother in law permission to take my sick kid in. We just had a new born and would like our other child to be seen. Never go to this place. Its a waste of time. They are not a real place they are want to be doctors stay far away from this clinic and any people associated with this clinic they obviously do not care about the people they care about only themselves. The so called "manager" just started screaming at me over the phone I wouldn't dare ever take my kids to a hostel environment with these people.

Friendly staff, clean clinic, and excellent care. I felt listened to and never rushed. Highly recommend

Soon as I walked in was a rude Receptionist. Dr. didn't have any bedside manner. Was very rude and would not recommend this place. Trying to act like she was above me and I was stupid. In my opinon, would not recommend.
