I too wish I could give them zero stars as well. The absolute worse service ever hands down! I'm glad my company is getting rid of them 1st of the year! It's taking way 2 long to get my prescription and they just sent it out to some other company they supposedly contract with that I know absolutely nothing about. This place is the absolute worse and they are the only option at the time for 90 day supplies of meds.

If I could give them no stars I would. They are absolutely horrific. Meds are never sent on time- EVER. I am constantly out of them and have to wait over a week to get them in the mail after rectifying the problem. They supposedly put in an override for a 10 day supply so I can get them at Kinney, then they are conveniently closed and their system automatically denies the temporary supply. This company is a joke.

I felt I needed to give another perspective since all 3 review were very bad. I have always had very good luck with ProAct.. My wait time was never very long on the phone. My prescriptions always arrive on time. The billing is accurate. The representatives are very polite and helpful. I have never had a single problem or frustration in dealing with the,.

As the distributing factory that the insurance company forces us to use to maintenance medication you would think that the pharmacy would be able to tell you if the drug you've been put on has an ingredient your allergic to! Absolutely ridiculous that I am now chasing numbers to Reytry to find out if she can take this or not because the technician "can't guarantee".

I am only giving them one star because it is making me do it. If it was up to me they would have no stars. This is the worst pharmacy insurance I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is below subpar. It took my husband over two months to get a critical diabetes medicine that he needed. He called and the doctor called and faxed all of the needed paperwork countless times and ProAct continuously said that they did not receive them and would not take care of the problem. Every time that I call them I am reminded of how awful they are. They need to be given a lower grade than a B- at the Better Business Bureau. Try an F. I keep telling my husband that he needs to complain to his HR department so that next year they can change from this awful insurance.
