Prisma Health Urology–Blount MOB

I have been with Dr Bowles for 2 yrs and I always have been treated with respect and good attitude. He has treated me for kidney stones and bladder issues and has always taken good care of me. I also have seen Tillman and he treated me very well with respect. I have no complaints with this office

The ineptitude of this Urology office is astounding. I had a procedure scheduled with Dr. Sershon on Friday (1/2) at 11:00 a.m. and was not notified that he had partially retired until 9:00 a.m. that same morning!! Once I was actually notified I was scheduled a consultation with Dr. Bowles. During this consultation Dr.Bowles displayed an inability to listen, problem solve, and think critically. That guy didn't listen to a single word that I said and insisted on prescribing me hydrocodone when the timing and circumstances were unnecessary.... I am seeking care elsewhere due to the lack of care/responsibility that this particular office seems to demonstrate at EVERY level. And I will do everything in my power to make sure others avoid this office as well!
