Prisma Health Urgent Care - Mauldin

I had a great experience at the Prisma Health Urgent Care in Mauldin. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism. Erika at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the check-in process quick and smooth. Nurse Nikki was also wonderful—kind, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor (I wish I remembered his name!) was exceptionally kind and took the time to explain everything in a calm and caring way. We truly felt listened to and well taken care of. Everything moved quickly, and the entire staff made the experience as pleasant as possible. I’m very grateful for the care we received and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care services.

This is one of the best Urgent Care facilities I have ever been too. The staff were friendly, compassionate and understanding, willing to listen to the patient and to the patients symptoms. Front intake staff, Nursing staff and Doctors were very professional and supportive. Well worth the money of the copay. The service and results were excellent. Highly recommend Prismas Urgent care over Bon Secours ER, which we will never be going back to.

Stopped in here with a sick child. I didn’t realize you could make an appointment online so nice option. Arrived and called back within 10 mins so fast! Very clean and the visit here was great, will definitely return if needed.

Went in for a broken ankle. The front desk was super nice and helpful. NP Bostick has great customer care experience and was very informative and helpful. The service was fast and my condition was easy determined. Nurse Jennifer walked me through every step of the process for X-rays and boot fitting. She was attentive and informative. Overall great experience!

First time at this location. Facility is very clean and front desk was very friendly. Longer wait, but the provider was great and made up for that. Had a poor experience with a nurse that happened to be filling in the day I was there. The practice manager, Deborah, called me directly and completely rectified the situation and apologized profusely. I am very impressed with the service and happily update my review based on all of the interactions outside of the one nurse.
