Prisma Health Urgent Care - Anderson

We made our appointment online, only waited about 10 minutes when we got there (3:00pm) . Every single one of the staff members were incredibly attentive, super nice, extremely helpful and very much cared for my daughter. From the front desk, to the PA that treated my daughter and the nurses. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!

I walked in 15 minutes before closing and was greeted warmly, treated well and thoroughly by staff. Not rushed at all. They called in my scripts and I was able to pick them up on my way home. Great experience overall. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility. ❤

Scheduling an appointment online was very easy; when we got to the appointment, we waited 5 minutes to be seen. All good signs. Then, our interaction with every nurse and doctor afterwards gave "just graduated" vibes. I thought this place was a lot more capable of providing care other than Tylenol and sending you off to the ER. We skipped the ER and went here - as they always tell us to do - but that got us nowhere except for added costs.

Clean very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. About a 15 minute wait time. I was seen by a nurse practitioner she was very friendly and thorough. Had an inner ear infection the nurse cleaned both my ears was in and out in about 40 minutes. Great staff I would highly recommended this urgent care facility. Thank you all!😊

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and check-in was also easy. Every person we encountered was professional yet friendly, and I appreciate how thorough the nurse and nurse practitioner were during our visit. The facility is very attractive and clean, a pleasant environment. I was very satisfied with the service we received, and our entire appointment lasted only about 30 minutes. It also cost less than other urgent care places I've been to. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back there for any future needs.
