PRISM Physical Therapy

When I first came to Prism physical therapy I couldn't sleep at night only got about 3 hours at the most now 2 months later I am able to sleep at least 6 hours because of my treatments. The Dr's & staff are always friendly, concern, personal and caring. Starts soon as you walk in the door, Shannon greets you with the most friendly smile, always make sure you are comfortable, very patient with you in making sure you get the appointments to fit your schedule. Than Alex greets you in the gym with the same attitude, very knowledgeable in making sure you are doing your exercises correctly with out being uncomfortable. He keeps all equipment clean after each person and always pleasant. He takes interest in each person. Then there is Dr. D. Comes out with happy, bubbly attitude and work's

Update: I was recently discharged after 8 months of PT for a work injury. Always a casual atmosphere where everyone could laugh while still working hard to heal. By the end of treatment, some of the clients were coordinating their appointment times just to see one another while they exercised! Definately worth checking out! -- What a beautiful facility, staff included! They explained to me in detail what my injury really was, and Alex explains the importance of each exercise and what muscles they should affect. This is my second round of PT here, I wouldn't have thought of going to any other place.

Exceptional service. The therapist and staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the field. From Dr. D doing treatment to Renee at the front desk and assisting it has been a great experience. After several visits my back pain has improved significantly. Lastly, I can’t forget to mention it’s not overwhelmed with people yet. I have been by other physical therapist and the lobby and wait rooms are ridiculous. Prism, normally you can walk in or call ahead and they’ll make it work with your schedule. Fantastic chiropractor (Lifeforce ) right next door as well.

Staff are super friendly, caring and competent. Rene was great working around my busy schedule to allow me to get the treatment I need. I have been to other PT specialist but Lilly really got to the root of my issues to realign me quickly. The space is open and inviting with the latest equipment. No need to look elsewhere for this place will exceed your expectations.

I was having back and knee problems and I started to see them just before COVID-19. Since then, they have gone through great pains to keep the center clean and extraordinarily safe for their patients. They are uncompromising when it come to the care they provide their clients; and on top of that, they are really nice people. I got released from their care this past Friday, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever need physical therapy again. If you need PT, I highly recommend going to them. They do not disappoint.
