This is not an easy review to write, however I must. My family and I took my mother to visit with Trina Patel (PA) and were promised a call back and have left numerous messages and it seems as if they simply refuse to provide us with the follow up information we need. We took Mom to U of P and still cannot get this office to communicate with anyone at the main hospital or the family regarding a scan review. They were kind enough to get us in on short notice but their follow up since has been horrible. Ms. Patel was attentive at the time but not sure what has happened since.
