The front desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. They hung up on me because they couldn’t hear me clearly even though I spoke English like normal (all other front desks I’ve called have had no problem understanding me). Would not recommend unless you can get an appointment without going through the front desk

Dr. Grabell is an outstanding dermatologist—thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. Anna is a fantastic esthetician whose treatments have transformed my skin. The office is welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend both!

The front desk people are special kind of rude. Did everything possible to turn me away in the most miserable and condescending manner possible. Told me they were "high tier" $50 cop-pay as if they're running some exclusive elites only establishment. When they discovered I could pay their high tier $50, they told me "but we only have one dermatologist here". When they failed, they told me that the soonest appointment is all the way next month, in August. At that point I just walked away at that point. This is ridiculous. No way a business can stay open like this.

Good experience. Dr Grabel is very nice, knowledgeable and patient. Anna, the estatician is great. Very friendly and thorough.

I had been going here for years and then everything started to decline rapidly. The front desk staff are rude, unhappy, & petty. I waited over 35 minutes to be seen for a medication refill because they book the clinicians with as many clients as possible in a day. I always have to update my records with them as they always have the wrong information on file. Do not go here for reliability reasons
