5 stars because I’m not the type to slanders someone on a review. But to be honest it’s not close to 1-2 stars. Poor communication. Never return calls. Don’t return emails and messages that they request you do if you need something. Every month it’s a challenge to get things done after an appointment. I can honestly say 9 visits out of 12 appointments they have messed up on my medication with either the wrong pharmacy or the incorrect medication. I wanna be positive about this place but it’s hard to. Especially when it’s you literally having to do there job every visit with PA approvals and having to go correct them each month on medication errors. I know it’s a hard business and that’s what it is for them a business but man they do not care for you. And trust me if you’re on painkiller

Great staff. They have been courteous and have provided great service. They seem to really care about their patients. Parking is right out front. The waiting room is relatively small, their forms could be combined, so be prepared for extra time to fill them out on a first visit, but they are worth the effort. If you have health challenges that require this kind of clinic, if you have something difficult to treat like post laminectomy syndrome, give them a try. I hope you find the care you need.

From the front desk to the PA ,nurses and Dr Majer I had the best experience! I was very impressed as I was a bit scared until I met them all. My PA was so informative and took his time with me. Dr Majer also spoke to me before my shots and has an excellent bedside manner with much compassion .I was impressed by this whole staff. I highly recommend..

Fabian is such an arrogant front desk employee, young, inexperienced and very poor care about patient’s insight or situation. I overheard his conversation with patient before me, and his comments were absolutely inconsiderate. Women behind front desk just stare at people like if we’re indigents or something, very indifferent attitude, cold and arrogant. I’m not a new patient and I have to fill like a booklet of the same information they already have. My appointment was at 2pm and Fabian said I had to be there at 1:30pm. I got there at 1:45pm and Fabian insisted I had to re-schedule , period. No wonder people don’t trust Health Care providers, because they don’t care about humanity , our situations, and not even being human anymore. The way I was treated today here was disrespectful , arrog

I had been to Primmed a few years ago. I have to admit the difference is night and day for the better. I have a multitude of difficult health issues which can be daunting to pain management. Now however I no longer feel isolated or ostracized because of them. They are sincerely trying to help me, and the staff and facilities are warm and welcoming. I hope that some of the other issues can now be addressed without issue.
