PrimeHealth Urgent Care - Lehigh Acres

If you are sick, go somewhere else where they are actually in the business of helping sick people. They are definitely not here to help. Called to have my sick child seen and the receptionist clearly was not interested in doing her job. I called at 4:15pm to make sure they saw children. She then let me know that even though the website said they closed at 5:30, that they would be closing at 5pm and that their doors would close at 4:45, but that they would reopen their doors the next day at 9am so we could come in then. This is NOT the way to do business. If you are supposed to be open for business, then your doors should be open for business. This left a very bad impression.

The staff at prime health urgent care were very very friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and at ease. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional, and I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend this practice

I went to PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Lehigh Acres on Jan 26, 2026 at 12pm as a walk-in and was told the wait would be about an hour, which I accepted. After waiting 45 minutes, I overheard the front desk associate say (in Spanish) that she would not do any X-rays that day because she was upset about being left alone to work. When I asked directly if X-rays were available, she told me no and gave a different excuse. I was then offered a referral to go elsewhere. I left because I wasn’t going to wait, pay, and then be sent to another facility due to staffing issues. Denying patient care because of personal frustration is unacceptable and unprofessional. **Update: She absolutely said to me that X-rays would not be done at this location that day and would offer me a referral to another loca

This is the best urgent care/doc office I’ve ever been to. We had an appt at 8:45am and we’re brought back at 8:45am! Doctor was in the room with us by 8:50 and we’re out of there with a prescription by 8:57!!! Incredible service I’m so impressed. 12/10 would recommend

This urgent care is an absolute joke when it comes to handling return-to-work paperwork. I went in expecting a simple evaluation so I could get back to my job, but the staff dragged their feet, gave me the runaround, and acted like filling out one form was some impossible task. Instead of helping me get cleared, they caused unnecessary delays and confusion, which put my job at risk. The front desk was rude and dismissive, the provider barely listened, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. What should have been a straightforward visit turned into days of frustration. If you actually need competent care or reliable documentation for work, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They clearly don’t care about their patients’ time, health, or livelihood.
