A very good experience at PrimeDoc. The staff was very cordial and professional. Appointment started on time. Dr Williams is one of the best physician there is. He's very knowledgeable, personable , respectful and professional. He doesn't meet a stranger, right away he ensures you are comfortable. He's very thorough and will make certain all concerns are addressed. He does all of this with a smile.

As someone who put off their health for the past few years, I was nervous going into my annual physical. I was originally in search for a female doctor but decided to schedule my appt. with Dr. Williams after reading all of his positive reviews--and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Williams was communicative, friendly, personable, informative and made me feel so comfortable throughout my appt. I do feel that a lot of doctors just see another patient and try to move you along as fast as possible without really taking the proper time to listen to you. Dr. Williams was the complete opposite--he really took the time to listen and hear my concerns, while offering ample information. So so happy that I found my PCP. After raving about how great he was, my husband scheduled an appt. with him the next

Dr. Williams is THEE BEST! My visits with him are always fruitful, and I’ll continue to follow him anywhere he goes. The staff, minus the phlebotomist male, was excellent and welcoming! I hope to encounter the same staff when I go back, minus the phlebotomist male. Thanks again, Doc!

I absolutely love PrimeDoc and Dr. Williams and his staff. I had an appt today at 530pm which is crazy for a PCP visit. I was abt an hr early and they were able to take me early and get me all set up. Dr. Williams was amazing. His energy and personality was great for it to be a 530p appt I know being in healthcare after a certain time you can shut down. They didn’t take my copay but I assume they will bill me. Overall I had a great experience and I’d recommend anyone to them they are great 😊

I feel blessed to have Dr. Melvin Williams and his staff take care of me. I really love this place. I never have to wait long appointments times are kept, the staff members are friendly, polite and professional. I don’t have to travel elsewhere to get blood work done. My appointments are scheduled on the day of the week I request which makes it easy for me to take care of my personal responsibilities. I appreciate the professionalism, the timeliness and the considerate care!
