PrimeCare West Town Health Center

Unprofesional, the wrong provider was written on my prescriptions so i was unable to get my medicine until it was changed, i called and sent messages every day for about a week and they still have not resovled this. I will not be going back waste of time to keep following up and making sure they do their job as if they were children.

Update: gave 5 stars back because the medical staff and doctors are incredible and I’m very grateful for them. My dentist even acknowledged the miscommunication and I really appreciate the care she provided. The phone system and the lack of email appointment confirmation is lacking and could remove a lot of stress on the side of the patient and likely the staff as well. After being hung up on 6 different times just trying to confirm the time of my appointment today, I finally got through to someone in scheduling, who after hearing I was needing to confirm an appointment with the dental office, almost blind transferred me to them before I let her know how many times I’ve been hung up on. I went to this location as a new patient and resident in Chicago. I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I watched as countless individuals arrived for their appointments and were immediately called back. I waited for an hour and 30 minutes in the lobby. Finally got called back & it was the practice manager. She pulled me into her office and told me that her front desk forgot to check me in, and the office was already backed up so they were unable to see me that day anymore. So I wasted 2 hours in the lobby. They got me an appointment the following Monday at a sister facility. I arrived there & that location told me they couldn’t take my insurance. Which is not what the other location told me. Terrible service & a horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Yasmine was kind, patient, and attentive. She gave me a safe space to spill all of my concerns without making me feel dismissed/invalidated. I had a terrible experience at the Belmont location with Dr. Dagni, so I made an appointment at West Town hoping for someone to listen and help. Luckily, I was booked with Dr. Yasmine, who gave me nothing but compassion and kindness. Thank you!!
