PrimeCare Urgent Care Yuma

I had the worst experience I have ever had with the doctor here! First off the wait took about 3 hours, I think they may have only had one doctor working. I went in because I’m having a hard time walking and functioning from sever lower back pain due to either throwing my back out or straining a muscle. (I have been moving this past week, lifting heavy boxes, just overall a lot of strenuous activities). The doctor came into the room, told me I had a uti because I had traces of bacteria in my urine, told me they would give me oral antibiotics and an antibiotic shot, and left. She did not give me the chance to tell her what was wrong. She never asked me any questions or did any kind of examination. So when the nurse came in to administer the shot I told them I didn’t want it, so she went and

Had a super bad experience. The clinic closed at 3pm for the holiday and at 2:15 I took my toddler daughter and the staff was upset and rude. The nurse assistant rushed through the visit and had a condescending tone. She was rubbing it in my face that the baby had a normal Temp. The doctor was great and understanding. Ended up providing antibiotics.

Zero stars. I’ll never go back. The NP and front desk staff were incredibly rude and made me feel completely disrespected. The NP saw patients who arrived after me first, and I ended up waiting forever with no explanation. I’d rather drive farther than deal with that kind of treatment again.

This clinic is the best. I went in yesterday and was treated with kindness and care you don't see many places. Busy clinic and only one provider so you sometimes have to wait, but I don't mind waiting since the care is #1!
