PrimeCare Urgent Care New Smyrna Beach

Here on a lengthy vacation and wasn’t familiar with this any urgent cares around here. Walked in a few minutes after they opened and the waiting room was full. Feeling so sick and miserable immediately I was depressed thinking I’d be there half the day. The receptionist/data entry person was very organized and got everybody moving quickly. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and thorough. Nurse practitioner diagnosed me quickly after reviewing medics information and my history she accessed online and gave me everything I needed to be well on my way to healthy and back to paradise. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Great service for a full waiting room.

We were traveling, and I became ill and found this urgent care on Google. The staff was very courteous and efficient. Their offices were clean, and I was able to be back on the road in no time. I really appreciate their kindness and the speed in which they treated me.

I can’t say enough good things about this urgent care. We’ve taken our kids here multiple times for illness or injury. Each time the staff has been very quick and accommodating. We’ve rarely had to wait more than 5 mins. On the most recent visit when my son had to get stitches, the doctor (Canallizo or something like that) even carried him from the car straight back to the treatment room. The staff helped fill out the paperwork for me while I was able to be with him in the room. The doctor is very good with kids, making them feel comfortable and safe. The staff even held my son’s hands while he got a numbing shot before getting stitched up. They are also a lot more affordable than the ER. Great team and would highly recommend! Will be going here every time we need a doctor!

My wait was average for an urgent care approximately an hour. The staff was friendly and did a great job. Dr Canalizo was perfect, very personable and a very informed caregiver. Highly recommend if you are in need of an urgent care!

Went in with the worst flu symptoms Ive ever experienced. Everyone there was so so nice. I saw Dr. Malysh and she was great. The office is super clean and welcoming and I seriously cannot thank them enough. I went in feeling the worst ever and by the time I left I felt like an actual human again.
