What a terrible company! If you have Blue Cross of New Mexico beware or any other insurance that works with them for that matter. The physicians this company hire or have to review prescription coverage are terrible! They will deny medication coverage for what seems to be no reason at all. Even when your healthcare provider knows what is going on with your health and try talking with them they still deny the coverage. You can spend hours on the phone with them holding and talking and still get nowhere. Would give no stars if I could

I'm facing the same issue as another reviewer. The medication I is listed as covered and does NOT require authorization in their handbook, but they are denying coverage. It's frustrating. I've been dealing with this for two weeks now and am about ready to start reporting them--if they don't even follow their own rules then there's not much else to do.

Wow wow wow OMG I was told by my insurance to call Prime therapeutic and I could make a thing to get on and see what medicine is covered through my insurance I called the phone number and a lady named Anna sure does hate her job she was so frustrated she came back at me and said what do you mean what do you need wow wow wow bad service no wonder they got a 2.9

Tried contacting prime therapeutics Albuquerque locations atleast 5 times... the listed phone number rings and rings but no one ever answers
