My very nervous 11 year old had her first set of braces put on today. Our OA, Artavia, was absolutely amazing. She explained what she was going to do, was kind, caring, and funny. She walked her through the daily care of the braces, and answered all of our questions. The braces installation was smooth, and my daughter came out of the appointment happy with the band colors, and confident in both herself and her ability to take care of this new responsibility. 💯 recommend this office and Artavia!

We had a great experience getting aligners on for my son for the first time today! Christine did an excellent job walking him through all the steps and the need-to-knows of having aligners and what to expect. We were very pleased with that part of our experience today.

My anxiety diagnosed 11 year old got braces on today, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Artavia put these bad boys on and she was an angel in this process! She was kind, patient, AND funny which is a huge plus when you have a nervous child. She explained everything thoroughly, and even reiterated important details and answered all of our questions and concerns. She provided a list of dos and donts, foods to avoid and even foods that are okay. She really went above and beyond to make this experience a fun one. I also really like how they opted to only put on top braces today so it was less overwhelming and allows for a much needed adjustment period. All in all, this is something I never thought would be possible for us, but Artavia said uh uh not today THIS IS FOR YOU! She

We can't laud this practice enough. Artavia not only calmed my daughter down during the process of getting her braces installed but she popped out her little sister's loose tooth with no issue and complete grace and humor. We will go no where else from now on. We enjoy the practice, Drs and techs. Christine was a gem at our latest visit and has proven that the practice takes a village. We love their team approach!

One of my daughter's got the metal braces and one did the invisible braces. My daughter with the invisible braces can feel (pain) and see a difference. We can see a slight difference with the metal braces, but not as drastic as the invisible braces and they dont adjust every visit so she has little to no pain so far.
