Dr. Cherlo, and nursing staff Kristan, and the entire nursing staff have gone above and beyond for my health countless times. When I worked in an environment where vaping was allowed, I ended up in the ER at least once a week. Dr. Cherlo prescribed Trilogy, and it completely changed my life. My breathing and overall quality of life have improved so much. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Cherlo doesn’t just treat symptoms—he takes the time to discuss nutrition, longevity, and better ways to live a healthier life. The staff is always courteous, informative, and compassionate

Please be aware this is solely a review on their answering service. Dr. Andrew Gold is amazing and I’ve recommended 4 other friends and family, some that even drive from Sugarland here for him. However you couldn’t get them to pick up the phone if your life depended on it. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s an every call thing. Test it if you’d like. 20 minutes of time with 26 back to back calls with no answer. Only option is to drive in person or gamble with the luck of the draw if your call getting picked up. If this simply changed it would be an instant 5 stars, again Dr. Gold is amazing but 26 calls and 20 minutes of time without anyone picking up just seems out of there to me

I will never go to another urgent care! The waiting area is so clean and decorated so homely! The wait time was minimal in both waiting room and clinical room. Kirsten was so GREAT! She was friendly and caring also let me know of any delays and was gentle while doing my vitals. Doctor did not rush and I felt heard along with diagnosed properly. If you need to be seen come here!

I recommend everyone I know to Prime Medic! The clinic staff, and Providers are wonderful, caring people. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical care. Dr. Cherlo is my PCP and everyone in my family is very pleased with his bedside manner and how well he takes care of us. They have 2 locations and they’re able to accommodate you in either of their locations. Overall, I am very pleased with this practice 😊

Prime Medic in Kingwood has the most caring and compassionate staff. Dr.Cherlo is very thorough with you in your visit. When a Doctor sits and listens and hears what your concerns are, this is a Doctor who cares.Dr.Cherlo will call you back with your test results and lets you know the treatment plan if needed.
