When I first came here I was scared. These people have been so wonderful that they have now became almost like family. They worked magic and got me completely back to healthy and I am for ever grateful! Ashley the operations lead now the previous office manager is just the sweetest and funniest person I have ever met. She really cares about all her patients she sees. Seriously the best experience ever

I brought my Mom to Prime Health Dental for her first appointment there and it was a beautiful experience. The exams were thorough and the front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Glad we chose PHD for our mama's dental care.

I am new to the Madison area as I relocated recently because of my job. I needed to be seen immediately since a filling of mine broke. The clinic was very accommodating and gave me an appointment on the same day. I usually don’t like dentists/dentist clinics but the staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the check in process till I met the dentist. Dr. Karnauf is a gem of a dentist and is very knowledgeable. He can quickly assess the issue and is to the point, no fluff. He immediately sensed my apprehension and anxiety with the sounds of his dental equipment and was very polite. Went in for an extraction. 1st off the dentist has no bedside manner. Comes in does what he needs to do and leaves. No pre numbing gel before just stabbing you with a needle to numb you up. Once he is done he is gone faster then you can say thank you. They say on their website that they do iv sedation or nitrous oxide nope not the case. They also say they do porcelain and metal crowns, again not the case only porcelain. You call into a call center where they have no idea what they are talking about. Give you a piece of paper with discharge instructions and I had to ask for that after being told they don’t give after visit summaries. I called the same day of my extraction because I was in a ton of pain and they transferred me to a answering machine I left a message and heard nothin

Love this office and the staff! Very personable. Office is clean for what it can be given the winter. They have always made it feel as if it was a second family. Would not choose any other office. Even with the wait times they are willing to start same day treatment to get you out of pain! They fit you in no matter what! They actually care and give it their all!
