Prime Dental

They took me in on emergency appointment. I am now an established patient! I am normally scared to death of dentists. They kept me at ease and explained everything to me so I could understand. They went above and beyond and fixed my insurance to I can get route canal TOMORROW! And they said they can save my other teeth!! Thank you so so much to all 4 of you amazing dentists, hygienists, receptionists at prime dental!! God bless you

Informed 3 different staff members that I needed to be done with a 9am cleaning in time to get to a 10:15am OB appt for glucose testing. All 3 times was told all would be fine. Was then made to wait for 30 minutes and had to reschedule my OB appointment, because a new appointment was prioritized before my previously scheduled appointment. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNCARING TOWARD CLIENTS!!! Will be switching dentists ASAP!!!

If I could give zero I would. Went into get x-rays and an exam early last month. I told them I didn't need a cleaning as I had one set up with an in-home hygienist in the coming week. However, they disregarded my wishes and cleaned my teeth anyway. The hygienist was nice enough but then the dentist came in after all that, DIDN'T EVEN LOOK IN MY MOUTH AT MY TEETH, just at my x-rays only to say I needed all four wisdom teeth taken out without so much as a blink of an eye. At the end of the appointment after I left with an oral surgeon referral paper, I was called later that day and told I had been given the wrong paper. For OVER A MONTH now I've been trying to call the office and go to the office but it's either locked/closed and nobody has ever returned my calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Absolutely the WORST dentist I have ever seen un my life! Staff were friendly but the dentist/owner is the rudest, unprofessional being. He treated me as a "number" and not as a patient. He didn't care to what I had to say or ask about my teeth. Very judgmental, made me very uncomfortable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 👎👎

Only been here a handful of times so far but the staff is very professional and friendly. Needed a filling and they did a fabulous job. It’s going strong six months later! I look forward to my next appointment.
