I wish that I could rate 0 star's. Over the past 5 year's I've been here has been absolute hell. Teeth shouldn't hurt a week after getting a cleaning. Constantly asking if I smoke and insulting my teeth. I don't smoke and I take care of my teeth the best that I can. I've had to get the same tooth filled on multiple occasions. I feel like at this point they have trashed my teeth and making them more sensitive with them picking at them with the tools. Everything is done super fast without care, rush jobs. This has led to me having anxiety and nightmares about the dentist on top of it when I never had a problem until I went here. The only possible good thing about this place is that they take X-rays at every visit. The female dentist that I had they have no bedside manner. Constantly - rude,

I have been at this office twice. A cleaning at first then had a cavity filled. Staff were NOT overly friendly. However I found staff competent. The dentist answered ALL of my questions. It is a very busy office. It can't be all that bad if so many go. I would go back for a tooth replacement. They accept MASSHEALTH! I feel comfortable going here. So far so good with no problem from filling.

This office is one of the most unprofessional and uncaring places I’ve ever dealt with. The way they treat patients is completely unacceptable. The office manager is rude, dismissive, and acts like patients are an inconvenience. Most of the staff is equally condescending, making every visit feel stressful and uncomfortable. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any medical provider happened here. While I was pregnant, crying in pain during a tooth extraction, the dentist actually told me to “stop crying” and called me a “cry baby” as he pulled the tooth out. It was degrading and cruel, and absolutely no patient—especially a pregnant one—should ever be spoken to that way. Great place, so glad I called for a new patient cleaning. They had a helpful receptionis & an opening same day. Very Impressed with the modern technology & cleanliness. Even more impressive were Dr. Kim & Roya the hygenist. Both superb at their skills, patient care & keeping me informed every step of the way. Thank you!!

I showed up on time for my son’s appointment, only to be told they “meant to call me” because the provider wasn’t there. My son has behavioral challenges, and getting him ready and to the office takes real effort — yet they showed absolutely no empathy or accountability. What makes it worse is the double standard: if you are a minute late, they blow up your phone and act like you’re the issue. But when they cancel without notice? It’s treated like nothing. That visit was my last. I found a new dental office that we truly love — Wareham Family Dental actually respects families and understands children’s needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
