Dr. Cho handles patients exceptionally well. She takes the time to provide thorough information before procedures, which helps patients feel at ease and prevents unnecessary anxiety. She is also a highly skilled physician. The receptionist and nursing staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Overall, the environment is quiet, calm, and welcoming.

Dr. cho was my dentist when I was a teenager! I moved away and now that my insurance covers me, I drive 40 minutes just to be seen by her! She is extremely good at her job, kind, patient, and worth seeing! Best dentist out there, hands down! I had 3 fillings done by her & I felt no pain or discomfort!

The most disorganized dental practice (any business for that matter) I've ever seen. They don't even keep up with the insurance registration system so they incirrectly show up as out-of-network due to outdated office address in the system. Instead of resolving their issues with the insurance company, they kept on billing me and my husband. We completely stopped going to this office early this year. But, the craziness contines... They started texting/emailing/mailing bills for visits we didn't make. OMG! We have no idea how they manage to stay open if they can't even track patients' actual visits. We're so sick of their stupidity. I normally do not post reviews online (I've posted only 3 reviews in total in my entire life) but I felt very necessary to share this with people so that

Dr. Cho is caring for my child's orthodontic treatment. She is very kind and provides detailed explanations that I can easily understand. The office staff and assistants are also friendly and professional. If your child needs an orthodontist, I highly recommend Prime Dental Care!

De.Cho was amazing, well explained and caring when it comes to her patients, plus the staff are so friendly and sweet. I was happy with my experience as they provided a wonderful dental experience for my little ones first dentist visit! The place is also well organized and clean environment thank you.
