Prime Dental Care

I came here with my California Dental Network HMO plan, which clearly covers exams and X-rays. I just needed an evaluation and a cleaning, but they strongly recommended X-rays since I was a new patient and my previous ones from another office were over 6 months old. They charged me $40 for the X-ray visit and refused to do my cleaning the same day. I accepted the X-rays and paid because I didn’t know the plan details at the time and it seemed reasonable, even though I just wanted a cleaning — I understood they have their own treatment standards, so I agreed. But then they tried to charge me an extra $89 “co-pay” for the cleaning, which is also fully covered under my plan. I've gone to this dentist multiple times. I enjoy watching TV while getting my teeth cleaned. The dentist is very nice, respectful, and genuinely seems interested in helping her patients. She seems to listen to what I have to say and doesn't try to push anything. I really enjoy going here and appreciate the communication!

I go to Prime Dental regularly and Dr. Majd is a very exceptional and passionate dentist. She’s absolutely hardworking and knowledgable. The receptionist, Johnny, is always prompt in calling other patients in whenever there’s a cancellation, which I really appreciate. I’ve referred my family and friends to come here, highly recommend!
