While the staff is friendly, it would be nice if they would spend a little less time visiting and a little more time diagnosing. It shouldn’t be the responsibility of the patient to diagnose themselves, remember what scans they need, etc. That is the entire purpose of having a primary care physician. I also cannot ascertain why it is that one can never get an answer from the nurses station. It doesn’t matter what time one calls, in the years I have gone here, I’ve yet to have a call answered. Yet when I am there, I see at least 2 of the nursing staff sitting back there near the phones. I understand that you are all busy with patients, but a call back in a timely manner isn’t all that difficult. My third concern with this office is the time in which it takes to get labs back. Used to go here as a kid, so I decided to use them for my own son. It started out fine for my newborn back in 2024. 6mo check up was a disaster (vaccinations were supposed to be given and the needle literally exploded with the vaccine spilling all over my son's leg.. sorry, but at a veterinarian office you always check your needles why would human doctors/nurses be held to asubpar standard.) Since then it's been a complete cluster for scheduling, you have to be very demanding and proactive with this office and call backs don't happen. I just had my son's 18mo check up and the vaccine they said he needed, didn't even have the necessary vaccine. (Why give my son a shot that doesn't have all of the things he needs?Then call me to tell me and say I need to go to the health department for it. W

Everyone who works here treats you with kindness and care. They don't just rush you. They listen.

Everyone there has a genuine we care attitude.have a tooth infection, need some antibiotics. A call would help.

Went in for a check up and brought up some issues I was experiencing ((back in June)). And I was rescheduled to care for an issue, but was told I needed a specialist for the other. I came back in to get treated and to get a referred to a specialist. At this time the second doctor (because this was a totally different lady than the first) also verified that I needed a specialist. And I was assured I would be getting a referral and a call from a specialist soon. A month and a half later I still hadn’t received a call. So I reached out to Prime Care multiple times, I left messages at their nurse’s station and never got a call back once.
