I had an outstanding experience at Prime 360 Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and calming. The receptionists were friendly and efficient, and the staff was incredibly professional and attentive. Overall, it was a great visit, and I highly recommend it!

Never again! I've request a medication prior-authorization form to be completed for migraine meds and a referral to an allergy doc in December. Every time I called to check the status, I was told that they are doing it right then. Needless to say it's almost February and it wasn't done. They wouldn't return my call with voicemail included. If you are in need of medication refills, please be sure you have a stock pile handy before asking them. Update: after this review, I had receive a call from the operations manager (Friday).He assured me that he'd take care of the situation the next day. I had received a call from him the next day as promised! He took care of the prior authorization and my medication was refilled by Monday. Thank you Umair for your immediate action.

I have been coming to this place for years to do my annual doctor's visit. They are always professional, nice and personalable. They take the time to listen and understand your needs. If you are looking for a place to take care of you, this is the place to go.

Love Dr Rehman ❤️! He listens and cares .He has a great memory. He really listens and will ask questions where as many doctor's do not. He is a very empathetic Dr. I will refer him to others.

YUCKKK!! If you want to go here and speak to nasty workers who treat other human beings poor due to their insurance or lack of insurance then this is the place for you!! Transparently, the “service” I received today when I called on the phone to make sure I can come in before driving since I am very sick was so bad i am in shock. I am sorry but no one deserves to be spoken to in such disgusted manner. This company needs to get their act together and the lady working the phone today needs to be talked to. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
