Primary Pediatrics

I’m not sure if this is a management issue or a company-wide policy, but being required to present a physical insurance card at every visit has become unnecessarily stressful—especially when the insurance company repeatedly fails to send updated cards. My insurance changes often, and every time I’m told the same thing: “The card will be mailed.” I wait weeks, months, sometimes an entire year. When I follow up, I’m told I no longer have insurance with that company and must wait for a new card before I can even create an account. Then policies change again, leadership changes again, and I’m back at square one. This cycle has repeated for years. I want to be very clear: I am not intentionally trying to make this difficult. I just want to shout out the front desk staff—Ebony, Keonte’, and Marisol are AMAZING. They were super helpful, kind, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Great energy, great service, and they really know what they’re doing. Thank you all! And The doctors is Excellent and the nurses!!

The front desk needs a daily reminder that patient parents are not the enemy….their tone and energy is very off putting. Left and came back and the attitude is still same. Giving it a chance because the physicians and nurses are pretty good…see how it goes.

Do tors and nurse were amazing, easy to work with and understand. While on the other hand, the front staff are completely unexecptable. Every time I’ve called, I have had to talk to someone who just does not seem want to do their job and very disrespectful and completely ruins the front desk image. I have been there many times and heard from many people with the same experience with the front desk staff. I was just there last week and two of them were just laughing at each other when I was asking for paperwork along with me coming back the next day, one of the front desk associates was on her phone with a friend and laughing! Just completely unprofessional.

We've been taking our daughter here since she was born because we love Dr Anderson and the other medical staff. For the past 3 years though I noticed that the front desk staff has become really unfriendly in addition to making no effort to speak clearly. Zero education on customer/patient service it seems. That would make a world of difference in stressful situations. Please rectify
