Primary Pediatrics

Everyone is so nice and listen to you. I've never had an issue getting timely responses to questions or getting same day sick appointments. Highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Dropic.

We just started with this group and I am so happy with the level of care and how the doctor interact with my children. They are fantastic with kids, the best pediatrician we have had so far. Thank you!

4/5/25- I’ve been having issues with my son’s insurance. The manager (Tracy) deals with billing and I’ve not heard from her. It’s been a month and I’ve left several voicemails. Called today to yet again see if my son’s insurance is valid now. Got hung up on and sent to voicemail by the receptionist. Lady didn’t even let me explain my situation until I snapped and she finally helped me once she understood. The doctor is good but the other staff sucks. 4/5/25 Update- I spoke to the manager (Tracy), she disagreed about what happened and said my issues with insurance is not on them. As I stated in review I’VE had issues, never blamed them. I know it’s not on their end. She asked for me to remove review. Being a first time mom I cannot recommend Primary Pediatrics enough. I am always at ease when speaking with the doctors and nurses there. The front desk staff is always accommodating and so kind. I drive a good distance for this practice and I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else. Every doctor and nurse practitioner here is amazing and I trust each and everyone of them. I wish I could give this practice more than 5 stars.

Primary pediatrics is a wonderful practice with knowledgeable staff and physicians. Dr. Nields is always caring, helpful, straightforward, and kind. She is a mother to two and she treats patients with care and compassion like she would for her own. This is a wonderful practice for kids of all ages!
