Ms Glenda and Ms Donna were so sweet and helpful, I felt a sense of welcoming as soon as I approached the front desk. Before I even had a chance to sit down that darling nurse (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name)kindly escorted me back to a room. She expertly went through all of my prescriptions and diagnosis. She was a joy to speak with. When I made the appointment I inquired if the Dr was nice and Ms Glenda said "Oh he's very nice " well he far exceeded even expectations! Dr Jones introduced himself with a warm smile, he went over my complete history, prescriptions and every health concern I had. He was attentive, professional yet had compassion. And unlike other Dr's he didn't run in and out and disappear. He was as Ms Glenda said "nice" . I have to give credit where credit is due

A good place to go every one that I seen that day was good people care about how your day was

Purpose of visit was to discuss any changes in my condition and needed medication. The visit went well and changes were made in amount of medication needed to control thyroid. Dr. Jones answered questions that I had about symptoms that I have been experiencing. I was very pleased with the visit and with Dr. Jones.

Glenda was very personable and helped me from the moment I walked in. Nurse practitioner Amy Merrill, provided exceptional customer service seeing me in such short notice. She was very thorough and took her time. She was also very conscientious of my time and knew I needed to get back to work so she went ahead and gave me my shot. I would highly recommend East Alabama Health!
