This place is by far the worse medical office I have ever endured. My grandma is bed ridden and relies on this office for her healthcare needs however, they are rude & ignorant and act as if they do not want to work or help. When she is scheduled for appointments, they take forever or just do not show up virtually, not even a notice to confirm my appointment has been cancelled, nit to mention, I had to take time off from work for this app. You leave them messages, no one ever returns your calls. When someone does answer, they always have an attitude and hate to help. The girls who answer are always rude and no help. I have called this office for help numerous times and they wont answer but when I call with a blocked # they finally do answer, seems like whatever they do is very intentional

This homecare group started strong in 2015, but in recent years it has deteriorated due to funding cuts and staff turnover. The office has struggled to retain qualified personnel, which has led to missed visits and incomplete paperwork. I repeatedly had to remind them about essential tasks such as annual check-ups, blood work for a diabetic parent, and other required exams so Keystone VIP Choice could provide incentives to families. They introduced Telehealth, but it wasn’t a good fit for my parents, who prefer in-person, one-on-one care. As a result, I discontinued Keystone VIP Choice participation because I could not trust this office to meet our needs, and I began seeing a different physician with a plan that offers more benefits. After reading some of the reviews, I see that I’m having the same issue. I see there’s a response saying that they’re under new management and that things are going to be changing. I’ve contacted the office four times today trying to get medication for my bedridden 80 year old mother who has a UTI. It still has not been called into the pharmacy. My only other option is going to the hospital via ambulance.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Primary Home Care for years has consistently dismissed patient concerns, failed to follow through with necessary care, and made care plan changes without patient approval. This lack of communication, follow through and disregard for patient well-being is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly and vulnerable individuals who rely on them. To make matters worse, they ridicule patients rather than providing the compassionate care they are supposed to. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior should never be tolerated in healthcare. They explain how their problems are more complicated than their patient's issues. Horrible, when ever they don't feel like answering there phone they literally ignore you. I've been calling about certain health concerns with my mother and they literally never do anything. The emergency room tells me to call her doctor. I'm writing this review and today I'm switching my moms doctor!
