I was recently seen at this dentist office on 2nd St Hamilton Ohio and the dentist and Alaya was amazing. I had tooth pulled a tooth I thought for sure I would need surgery for because you barely see it or feel it. This dentist numbed me and came right back 2 seconds it was out. Alaya is amazing keeping me calm made me so comfortable she was so attentive. She even called me because I forgot to schedule the filling I need done. And the man that checks you in is so great going over everything and making sure I had the information I needed. They are all so awesome and busy and still amazing. I got my dentures from here and seen dr. Emming. He was super patient with me even tho I'm sure he wanted to rip my head off but I'm super happy with the results. You have to be patient too it's a long process and may take a couple adjustments but I'm thrilled. It was super pain free and everyone was respectful. I can't imagine why they have low reviews my experience was awesome

5/16/25: Final update. Tried using the patient portal again last month. Today, I finally get a reply: "sorry, we have no appointments available ". I'm writing a letter 2 medical board. 4/27/25: Well, another more positive update. I got a message on the patient portal, but I am on a not so great Government phone and was unable 2 get in & see the message. No voice mail or phone call was made to me. So I contacted the nurse Triage at my Primary physician and she looked it up on computer and said "oh, that came from our dental department. She put me through without saying another word. "Please hold" etc. This was at 4pm on a Friday and the dental office closes at 12pm. You can't leave a message. It seems staff/ no one knows what is going on at Primary Health Solutions. I called as an established patient with a severe tooth emergency (pain, swollen gums, and facial pain) and was told I couldn't schedule a dental appointment until I schedule a doctor's appointment since I haven't seen a doctor there in a few years. I haven't had a reason? I have seen the obgyn though but that didn't matter. Since the pain is so severe, I decided to just go ahead and schedule a doctor's appointment until the receptionist told me the first available apt isn't until May. What a joke. I can't wait until I can afford an insurance other than medicaid so I can go to a facility that cares about patients more than money. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED FIRST AND LAST TIME I MADE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR ONE CHECK IN ONLINE CAME IN 15 EARLIER THEN I COME TO THE FRONT DESK “JANET” THE LADY SEEM SHE A NURSE AND A DOCTOR ALL IN ONE HAD AN ATTITUDE THEN TOOK THEM 50MIN TO TAKE US IN THEN AGAIN JANET TOOK US IN SO UNPROFESSIONAL WEIGHTS MY DAUGHTERS THEN TOOK US TO THE ROOM SHE COMPLETELY FORGOT TO CHECK HOW TALL THEY ARE TAKE US BACK WAS A DISASTER. NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL COME TO THIS PLACE……ALL FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE RUDE TO PEOPLE CAMING IN FOR THEIR APPOINTMENTS AND THEY HAVE TO BE WAITING TILL GET DONE TALKING TO THE SEEM MANAGER IN THE PUCTURE…..
