Additional update: I had an appointment for urgent care and still had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to be taken back. They apologized for the delay but 45 minutes is still very long. It varies greatly how long it takes to wait here. The provider was good at explaining everything. They have some medications on hand so I was able to get my prescription here after my appointment right away instead of having to go to a pharmacy. Edit based on follow up experience. I received a positive test result for a straightforward infection to be treated. A provider didn't review my results for 2 days even after I called each of those two days to ask about a treatment plan. It was very hard to get anything through to a provider who is able to prescribe and get something sent to the pharmac

Stepped on a piece of glass and had to have it removed… I hate my feet being touched I’m very ticklish and the thought of them give me a shot in my foot almost made me not go. I told the nurse I was uneasy with it and she said they were very gentle…. I said no don’t be gentle that tickles lol. I also said no needle and I had to sit kneeling. That was the only way I could tolerate my foot being touched. They put numbing cream on and let me kneel in a chair. The PA worked the tweezers the best she could but they were not long enough to grave the glass. I had to get a numbing shot in the bottom of my foot. They gave me time to calm myself and were 1000% understanding of my fears. After the shot she pulled 2 pieces of glass out of my foot. I also got a tetanus shot and I didn’t feel anything…

Had an awful experience with the PA, Leigh. Unfortunately I was misdiagnosed with a viral infection after repeatedly letting Lee know how commonly I got strep. I was able to have her send cultures to the lab. They turned out out positive though she still did not prescribe me antibiotics. Coupled with the fact I was getting worse, I had to seek a second opinion. I even called after the positive results, letting her assistant know to tell her I was getting worse. I never received an update or a callback. Seems like her standard of care is quite low. I'm not sure if it's the case of her being fresh out of school, incompetence, or ignorance, but I would advise NOT being seen by her. I hope she has someone supervising her for her patient's sake. Everyone else was fine.

I'm at the emergency room with my daughter, she was misdiagnosed with cold sores (herpes) on her face, turns out it's bacterial, not viral, so her 7 days of meds did nothing. This is the 3rd child I've brought to this facility only to have them horribly misdiagnosed, we will NOT be back.

Services and correspondence are way below, even the lowest expectations. Cole and Fairview site was very difficult in messaging Dr. Adams whether you called directly or through the Healow app. I would never get a response with a first message, whether it was for a prescription refill or health concern. Then there the prescription refill game, where my pharmacy would tell me they never received the doctors orders. Which would require me to contact doctors office again and restart the above messaging game. And the blame game would start. They might be great at helping a broken finger nails or sniffly noses, but forget anything else! Like a chronic cough, go directly to the ER.
