This office has some of the best staff, MA’s, and the Best Doctor ever. They are always courteous and Dr. Phail’s beside manor is off the charts. Way to go team and thank you Silvia for being the best MA/nurse.

The male doctor here didn't knock, didn't greet me upon entering, just barged in with my diagnosis and clearly didn't give a singular care in the world for my symptoms. His compassion was clearly forced, which there barely was any for that matter. Never coming back here, things like this continue to provoke me to completely avoid using Primary Health as a whole, even Terry Reilly is better than this. Jesus Christ.

Primary.Health Urgent Care was very competent in treating my condition. They were professional and careful in diagnosing my condition. You can trust their discernment and medical expertise.

Probably the most unhelpful location I've been to. The physician prescribed me several medications and gave no information about any of them. The visit lasted 5 minutes and he hardly asked me any questions. It seemed like he was trying to get me out as fast as he could so he could move onto the next patient. I also have to pay a large co-pay for this visit because they have no transparency with their clients. Will not be returning.
