Primary Health Medical Group - Kuna

Do not come to this crooked establishment. I stopped by this location due to some pain I was experiencing. They had me come to the back and take my blood pressure and then told me to go to the ER. I asked the guy that came in with the PA if I was going to be charged for this since they didn’t do anything for me, he told me not to worry and I would not be charged. Well, fast forward a few weeks and I get a bill for $180. I called and they said employees are not suppose to say that and offered me a discount instead of standing what their employee said. Apparently, doing nothing for me costs $180. Cher the “billing manager” was not helpful at all in my exchange with here.

I can excuse a lot, but my wife recently told me that these folks were cold, clinical, and borderline rude to our son last time she was in there. To be clear, my son and my wife are sweet as pie. Lucas is beyond charming with strangers, and when he’s sick he’s extremely quiet and cooperative. He’s not remotely hard to examine ever. I’m wildly grateful. I understand that’s rare. We have been in a few times over 2 year and never cared for it. After one trip to St. Alphonsus yesterday, their Kuna location can’t reopen soon enough. We were treated extremely well there. You lose my business, respect, and earn a review like this when I find out your staff was rude to my sick kid and wife that are sweet as sugar, polite, and respectful.

We were just in today. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. I want to say a special thank you to the lady who took my daughters vitals, the Doctor who was very informative and was just wonderful, and to Mr. Greg. Thank you for being kind and funny and being such a sweet man to my little girl. She came home and told her Dad about you. We enjoyed playing The Darth Vader theme music with you.

The staff was INCREDIBLE! Friendly, fast, clear, and decisive! They earn 5 stars! The only reason I've given a 4 is due to the fact that a basic numbing cream was not available to help with the pain of stapling skin for my son's head injury. Otherwise, these providers were outstanding. Thank you!!!

Customer service is outstanding. I was there twice. My blood thinner gave me a blood nose. They fixed me right up. Then I lost my Medicare card and didn't know the number. They quickly showed me what steps to take for a new card and I did it. Wonderful! Particularly the young lady who sits on the left of the input desk. What a star.
