Dr Mark Michaud is responsive and addresses any concerns I have. He has been my primary Physician for many years and he has never let me down. He has never brushed me off or not answered my questions. I can get in to see him within a very reasonable time frame when I have a need. He is knowledgeable and experienced.

Keep smiling and treating people with kindness and empathy. I sure did appreciate walking into your facility and being greated with kindness and empathy through the whole process. Many patients are nervous to even go to a medical care office, but my nerves were settled by the nurse and the PA that took care of me. I also appreciate being able to get a walkin appointment onlinen for urgent care. Lyndzi Zapp was willing to hear my story on use of certain drugs, so we worked out the best plan considering my past bad experiences.

I recommend making an appointment online, as this location can get very busy (even with an appointment, you may have a wait). Despite being very busy, staff are kind and respectful, and I felt like they didn't rush my appointment when I was speaking with the doctor. I've been to this location several times over the years, and I would recommend it to others who need urgent care or blood-draw/labs.

Do Not book online appointments. They are not following appointments system. I have an appointments at 9:15. But I am 9:50 still waiting for my turn. They are treating appointments as normal walk in. When I ask regarding this. They are saying rooms are not free. But I am seeing 10 other patients are gone inside after 9:15. This is for Primary Urgent Care at broadway in Boise.

The doctors are friendly, just be careful if the receptionist is some weird looking GUY with long blonde hair, a beard, glasses, and painted nails. That GUY tried to make me pay a down payment of $50 out of pocket JUST TO BILL THROUGH MY INSURANCE, all because I said “yes sir” instead of “yes it.” Maybe don’t be growing yourself a big bushy beard, then get upset when someone calls you a sir, you are a sir.
