Primary Children's Hospital - Audiology

My baby was one that slipped through the cracks. He didn't pass newborn screenings, and his original audiologist just kept telling me to wait. I finally made an appointment with primary children's audiology, and it has been a day and night difference. They are so helpful and do everything they can to help my child and I.

The office is very difficult to work with when it comes to getting an appointment and meeting my daughter’s needs. The receptionists aren’t very friendly either. We’ve seen a lot of other departments in Primary Children’s and they’ve always been great to work with, but audiology has been an awful experience.
