They will charge you a facility fee even for a basic checkup, as if you've been seen at a hospital. This is a shady practice that outpatient facilities are doing elsewhere, but still shady nonetheless. This is not a hospital, this is a doctor's office. I should not be subsidizing hundreds of dollars to PCH every time I have a doctor's visit.

I begged my child's pediatrician to see an endocrinologist after my son's bone growth test at age 15 was 4 years older then his chronological age! I would say that's remarkably higher, no more growth! He has ASD. I begged her prior to that test because I knew he hit precocious puberty! She denied that! Assured me it was normal to be shaving at age 9 she wouldn't do the bone age at 9 when it could've been helped. Age 15 these endocrinologist said there's nothing we can do! Umm there's plenty of things you can do! They denied crucial care, so many things were missed and he's paying the price for it!

My review is specifically for Meagan Bernatz, I don't know how the rest of the place is but my experience with her was terrible. As soon as she walked in, she started rolling her eyes at me and my dad and was very dismissive of everything. I told her how terrible my periods are on my mental and physical health (I get suicidal, have seizures, and am basically stuck to my bed for the entire week, unable to care for myself at all but only around that time) and she immediately started interrogating me about my seizures and telling me they aren't actual seizures and that I should go to therapy. She basically told me I was crazy and that nothing would help me. At the beginning, I had asked her for a birth control that would stop my periods, but after her ignoring everything I said and telling me

Behavior health is a JOKE! It dosen't even deserve 1 star! I waited 2 months for my first appointment. Then another 2 months for my second appointment, which was suppose to be all day and they scheduled wrong and added someone else so I have to come back. But not for another month! Plus I am only getting the intern that is doing all the testing, not even the doctor! Wish I never would've started here! I'm beyond frustrated.

Very nice, clean building, friendly staff and volunteers. One issue is that clinics begin at 8am but the Clubhouse isn't open until 8:30. Another downside is that wait times for labs can be incredibly long with lines out the door.
