Primary Care Walk in Clinic - New Port Richey

We had a very unpleasant experience with this clinic. Before booking, I telephoned to clearly explain what we required for our documents and was assured that it could be done. On that basis, we made an appointment. After waiting 20 minutes past our scheduled time, we were told that it could not be provided after all. When I explained that this had been confirmed over the phone, the receptionist simply said she had not taken the call and did not know. The situation was handled in a way that made us feel as though we were at fault. It was frustrating and unprofessional. We will not be returning.

Very friendly front end staff. Christa, Vanessa and Lara were super pleasant and friendly. Judy, the Med Assistant, was equally as friendly plus knowledgable and helpful. Doc Dhaliwal was right in there with them all. I won't have to search for a walk in clinic anymore as this will be my go-to place when needed due to the entire upbeat atmosphere. Thanks so much for a very pleasant and informative visit.

The “doctor” Dhaliwal was extremely unprofessional and refused to fax my paperwork over to the office where it was needing to go. He automatically assumed that their fax machine would not work, and that was his reasoning for not wanting to fax it. when I asked the front desk, Why is he refusing to fax my paperwork which was preferred by the office? They all just acted like they don’t know and nobody showed any empathy for their rude doctor. They all cleary have been the victim of verbal abuse for so long they don’t see the disrespect in how he speaks to them. that was the first red flag i should have left then. do not come to this urgent care clinic, i went to American Family Care & my experience was fabulous. They had NO problem doing the exact thing I politely asked this office to do, so

New to the new port richey area, and this clinic has been nothing but amazing to me and my needs. Front desk is friendly and proactive. Dr. Dhaliwal is very informative on my concerns and road to recovery.

I am new to the area and so needed to find a new physician. I called Dr. Dhaliwal’s office yesterday and was very surprised that he could see me today. I was also happy that they were willing to work with my insurance. The receptionist was friendly and efficient when I arrived. They got me checked in quickly and it wasn’t long before the nurse came to get me. She was also friendly and efficient and was extremely gentle when giving me a B12 shot. I really like Dr Dhaliwal. He listened to what I had to say and made sure I got the best treatment.
