I love Dr. Obaidi and have had nothing but good experiences with the PAs and the front office staff. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. That said - if new ownership is not going to offer a website, voicemail, or email, then someone needs to answer non-emergency phone calls during the hours you say you're open. I called a little after 12pm today (Friday, 12/19/25). The message said to call back when lunch is over at 1pm. Ok, no problem. I called back at 2:30pm only to get a message saying to stay on for the answering service or call back during office hours, which the message then went on to say are 7:30am - 4pm on Friday. It's 2:30pm on Friday. According to the message, it is office hours. Did you guys leave early for the holidays? Forget to switch your phones back after lunch? Will

I've been a patient of Dr. Obaidi & his PA, Sheila, for a while now & am truly so grateful to have such a caring, compassionate, & thorough care team. From prescriptions to office visits & everything in between, I'm always impressed as to how both are consistently on top things. I also feel incredibly cared for... not just another "number" as I've felt in other doctor's offices. 10/10 recommend Dr. Obaidi & Sheila!

Such a phenomenal practice! Dr. O and his staff take amazing care of me every time I go. The team behind the front desk has helped me through many technicalities and have always gone above and beyond to work with my scheduling! The people here truly care and I would highly recommend them as a provider.

Used to love this office, from the front desk staff to the NPS to the doctors themselves. But over the last year the vibe has completely shifted. Takes a minimum of 3 days to get a hold of anyone and when you do, they make little to no effort to hide what an inconvenience you are to them. If I call and dont hear anything back for an entire day of course I'm going to call again- if you don't like that then maybe getting back to the patient quicker would be a better way of going about things so I don't have to call multiple times. Took 3 days just to be told that I cant even get medical records without paying and waiting 30 business days. And sadly all the doctors I liked seeing are apparently not there anymore for one reason or another. Sad to see what felt like a family owned practice that

I came here because i needed a primary in Florida. I saw an NP and not a doctor for my first visit there, which i haven’t heard of because the doctor usually established the relationship. I was told they were going to send my medication to Sam’s pharmacy, so i go to pick it up the next day and they have nothing from the office. I called the doctors and they could not find the prescriptions until after asking 100 people. It was finally sent. Then i go to give blood and wait for my results. I was told to come in to have my results read to me (they just wanted me to pay for an office visit) then I go in 5-7 days later to get my results read and she says they can’t find my blood samples and would call when they find them.
