We always have the most amazing experience with Karina! From the moment we walk in she has the biggest smile. We feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail go beyond exceptional. We laugh and catch up and the girls absolutely love her. I’m incredibly grateful for her, top-quality nursing care!

I do not usually leave reviews however one particular individual stood out above the rest; Karina. She was kind, informative, and very compassionate. The care she gave my son especially when it was time for vaccines was beyond her call of duty. She talked me through the process as well as made sure my son was okay before and after the shots. She made us feel so comfortable knowing we were in good hands. Moreover the Admin Staff does need to work as well as communicating to the parents how long the wait truly is! Other than the communication issue no further complaints. Karina is a treasure and any organization will be lucky to have her on staff!!

Both my children have been patients of Dr. Narahari for over 14 years. She's very thorough and listens. She genuinely cares for her patients. Sadly, many pediatricians have lost this vital part in treating their patients. Karina, her nurse is amazing! She is extremely professional, highly skilled, kind, compassionate and always has smile. I have never had a negative experience with Primary Care Pediatrics and would gladly recommend them to anyone I know.

moved here, insurance assigned this office. first so hard to get appointment, the phone never connected, but they call back the next day. the doctor don't work everyday, when you need her, she is off. The doctor is fine, I have no complain to doctor. But the office charge me for the physical form and shot record when we had annual checkup! When I asked the manager, she said it's office policy. I asked her give me proof of the policy. she was looking for a while and then show me a sentence on the patient form said copying form. I am here for original form. My understanding is if I come at other time or I lost the form, you need make a copy and then you charge it, it's totally ok; but when we have physical checkup , the insurance is paying you, aren't you supposed provide the forms for me??

Dr. Narahari is an excellent dr. My daughter has been a patient with Dr. Narahari for more than 10 years, and the ONLY reason I keep taking her back is because of the DR. The staff is absolutely HORRIBLE, and has been since her medical assistant Nikki left years ago. I have NEVER had a good experience with her staff and I have told her that several times before, they just get worse, from the front office staff to the office manager, but today put the icing on the cake,. It is never a pleasant experience when dealing with anyone in her staff. It is always a hard time to get in when my child is sick. I always end up taking her to a walk in or the ER.
