I called the office today to get my child in last minute and they worked me in so kindly. We saw Lucinda Sellers and she was AMAZING. She stayed late to make sure my son was seen. She did not make me feel rushed and was so professional, kind, understanding, & helpful. I will be making all future appointments with her. She truly listened to my concerns and checked my son out thoroughly.

We had a wonderful experience with Primary Care Pediatrics. The nurses + the girls in the front were absolutely delightful. Everyone was so sweet to my daughter. We met with the nurse practitioner + she answered all my questions with patience, kindness + reassurance. We’re really not “doctor people”. We typically just do home remedies for our natural immunity family. I’ve searched long + hard for a pediatrician who respects + supports a parent’s choice approach; we were SO relieved to finally find one. If you’re looking for a professional with an old school approach that doesn’t push any agenda, besides thorough consideration about what’s best for your child- this is the place. Thank you thank you!!

Dr. Boudreaux is the BEST! This office respects parent's choices and we've always had great service when we have to visit. I have one child with some challenges and Dr. B has been amazing in helping me navigate treatment for him. This is not just another office that writes a prescription for every visit, rather they help you think through the whole health of the child and make holistic + western medicine recommendations.

We started bringing our 6 month old daughter here about a month ago & absolutely love it. We always see the nurse practitioner, Lucinda. We are so happy with her! She is very knowledgeable, understanding, & honest. Some comments talk about the front desk office staff but, we’ve never had any issues with them. They answer the phones right away when we call & are always welcoming when we come in. They allow non vaccinated patients, delayed vaccinated patients, or fully vaccinated patients as well, which I think is amazing since some people have different beliefs/opinions on vaccinations. I definitely would recommend this practice!

Agree with some of the other reviews in that it was great in the beginning. Loved all the employees there, doctors and medical assistants. We were kicked out of the practice because I disputed an erroneous charge for a service my child never received! Their “Autism Screening” was a sheet of paper with a bunch of questions to fill out. Not once was my child “screened” and I was charged. Jerome, the owner’s husband and “office manager”, never follows up and returns calls. He has his office person, Amanda, fight the fight for him. She’s definitely not understanding/ sympathetic or too friendly quite frankly. It’s clear they care more about making a point and a few dollars than the well-being of my children. Glad we went elsewhere after all.
