Primary Care of Western New York

I would give them a 0 if I could. My mom went to them for extreme stomach pain. They told her it was gastritis. My mom mentioned she felt over looked and they were talking to her like she was dumb… my mom was an RN herself. A week later my mom ended up in the ER. It wasn’t gas, it was over a gallon of fluid in her stomach. Turned out to be a bowel obstruction caused by ovarian cancer. My mom passed 3 weeks later.

I go to the 2780 Delaware Ave. location and have always had excellent care. I find that DOs spend more time with me as a whole person and I have never felt like my 15 minutes is up so on to the next. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I'm not a big review writer but all of these negative reviews compelled me to write this. I have been with Primary Care for many years now and I absolutely love this place! I have been to three different offices and have seen a variety of medical personnel and I do not have one bad thing to say about them. I love the Customer Portal, you can get quick and helpful answers from your team any time. When my doctor personally responded to me for a minor issue on a Saturday, I was floored. Go Team Jamie Streicher/Emily Ebert!!

yeah I left after I was misdiagnosed, placed on meds that gave anaphalaxis, and then they ignored my specialist. I tried to call them when I realized I was having an allergic reaction and the reception person literally asked me what I was going to do about it then gaslit me and told the Dr I was being difficult when I told her I was going to stop taking it. I changed drs and the new one said the meds were wrong, fixed them, and is now working with my specialist, and I'm fine. And this first place still refuses to send my records over months after it was requested by the new Dr. There's some really good people at this practice and some really terrible ones. I can't risk my life when I got a broken immune system.

This practice is the worst! Been a patient here for 12 years in which I only saw my primary dr Streicher literally once! My last visit I had a scheduled appointment for a physical. Waited over 3 hours in the waiting room saying my “physical was not considered a emergency and that I either had to wait until being called or can reschedule but it wouldn’t be covered under my insurance” so thus I was late for my evening job. 2 weeks ago….. the secretary called and said my dr wants me to eat Omega 3 pills. My primary dr didn’t call me nor did her assistant… but a secretary! How frustrating is this!!!!! Due to expressing my disappointment I now got a letter saying she was going to terminate me as a patient….. after 12 years of being a patient there! I would definitely suggest ppl find a differe
