Primary Care Essex County - Belleville

My experience with Dr. Alejandro Silva, MD was one of the best appointment visits ever. The staff was friendly and remembered who I was by saying "How you been? It's been a long time now since we last saw you." The management was very polite and I share a bond with him because he wants me to feel safe and have my voice heard. Dr. Alejandro Silva, MD was more than expected. He really knew the phrase "Assist the patient!" He was well prepared and I was surprised when he said he seen the notes and records of pretty much all the places I go to, particularly from University Hospital and their clinic at 303 Belmont Ave in Belleville, NJ. I see a few of the doctor’s from here and I wouldn’t know how to start. It will always be called Dr Fatah’s office to me but I can start by saying how Dr. Silva has been a heaven sent to help me with my sleeping disorder, Dr. Vania Lorvanis is amazing, although I don’t discriminate doctors it is much more easier to communicate with someone you can relate to for being a female doctor. She is caring, compassionate, sweet, thermal and will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of before you walk out of the office. Dr. Vincent Ayako is amazing too, always makes sure he meets your needs. I recommend this team of doctor’s hand down. If you want a group that cares and Listens to your needs, look no further.

I go here about every 3 months as a patient, I really appreciate Dr. Ayako. He filled my prescriptions when my other doctor wouldn't and always keeps on top of my care. Facilities are always clean and staff is courteous and professional. Would recommend.

I thank God I found this office through my 83yr old Aunt. I was in need of a new PCP because the one I had quality of care hit rock bottom. She expected me to be comfortable waiting on her for 40-50 min. and for the 1st time, I am 16 min. late when I was very sick. You cancel me😳. Well, after chewing her out where the sun doesn't shine 🤣. God led me right to Dr. Vania and she listened to me and was caring. I knew I had found a good one. Then I needed a new Pulmonary-Sleep Dr. and Dr. Ayako was in the same office. I didn't know if I wanted to shout 🙌🏾or cry😭. My sleep physician retired. I believe they were both Heaven sent. The African American woman at the front desk you speak of, I love her. I think she's very professional. No nonsense, just like myself and the Latino young lady is fine

I should have read the review before heading out there. The workers here are all unprofessional and lacks professionalism. Especially the nurses and the front receptionist who had long claw nails with bright pink I’m not sure if that’s appropriate dress code for working in clinics. Makes you wonder what kind of standards they have in hiring staffs. I ended up waiting 1hr for my appointment. I think the management is extremely sloppy there to say the least.
