How does someone who's appointment was hours earlier, come in after my scheduled appointment (mind you I'm early/on time) go in to the back before me? Now I'm supposed to sit and wait like I don't have other things to do. I swear, just backwards. Then had I been late, they would've canceled my appointment.

Terrible! They scheduled me the wrong appointment, I should of known something wasn't right when they never sent me a reminder at all I should of called but they didn't have to come at me with attitude these reception at the desk be having the worst attitude, please do not role your eyes and frown up to patients because there was a misunderstanding , just find ways to resolve the issue, we already there for nothing and if we need to make another appointment that's fine but they don't have to make the situation worst, never will go back again, every question I had was no mam, no mam, I'm like if she call me no mam again I'm going to scream but anyway I can't repeat that situation again with this place.
