I know when you are sick, waiting time, seems to be an eternity. But over my 79 years I have yet to see any doctor at the appointment time. I selected PCA after meeting with several other care providers and have yet to be disappointed. I believe they really do care and have been very responsive to all of my requests. I want to be informed about all of my health care issues and, so far, they all have been met. Both Dr "Dee" and Dr. Hunter are true professionals and their staff still take the time to smile and treat you like a real human being, not just a number. I thank all of them and sincerely appreciate their support.

First of all, I have to compliment Dee! She is always a delight. The two stars are for Dee. Now, I prefer, when possible, to go medical doctors for blood work, imaging orders and an annual check-ups only, as I prefer to work with a naturopathic doctor. From the very first time I went to Dr. Hunter last year, I felt belittled for this belief despite the fact that for 3+ years I have had a tremendous turnaround with my health by going the natural route. I love Dr Pugh and staff. I have quite a few health issues and they always do their best to accommodate me when I need treatment. Dee and Diana always make me feel welcomed, no matter how many patients are waiting to be helped. The 30 minute wait is well worth it! Dr Lyons and Dr Deon até also dedicated doctors. As many of the reviews have stated, I was made to wait an absurd amount of time to see the nurse practitioner. I was a new patient and needed the NP to continue my prescription. I sat in an office of evidently sick people for over an hour and a half. The NP was very nice and should consider going to a better practice.

If you get a flu test done, have them show you the results, and any tests done have them print out the results before you see the doctor so you can go over them together. went in for a sick visit, was convinced by the nurse practitioner to take a flu test, OK took it, the nurse left it in the room I go to look at it says invalid, nurse came back says "yes you have the flu" I asked which ? She actually said "both" I told her straight up no, then I showed her the test result where it says and shows its invalid and that it must be redone if it comes up invalid. She takes the test to the np, np comes in and says I'm going to prescribe you tamiflu and starts typing away.
