Price Chopper Pharmacy

I’ve had varying experiences at the pharmacy, some fine, some more challenging. In the challenging experiences I’ve found the customer service to be fairly rude and off putting, which seems particularly uncalled for when they are often dealing with sick customers. The employees and pharmacists give off an air of contempt and annoyance when I asked questions about the medication and also when trying to figure out why they weren’t receiving the prescription from my doctor. Being kind and understanding is a part of interfacing with customers (and also just a good way to engage with others in general). I will be looking to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

Both employees were indifferent, borderline rude. The pharmacist said I didn't have an appointment for vaccinations and they were backed up, could i come back later. But I had made the appointment. I was also on crutches and had to make arrangements to get there. I can't recall ever having a good experience at that pharmacy.

My experience there has not been good. On the phone rude, in person rude and humorless. I understand dealing with the general public is challenging, but seriously, try to be more polite to people. No one wants to deal with your nasty attitude. The medical system is broken enough, then you have to try and deal with unpleasant people behind the counter at the pharmacy. Stop screaming 'date of birth' before you say hello and acknowledge a human being. Learn manners, like saying thank you, and have a good day before hanging up without a word.

The store was clean, with different varieties to choose from. I was able to find the perfect product that I didn't see anywhere else around this area.
