Price Chopper Pharmacy

Knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist! I came in on 7/25/25 with an issue taking a thick liquid antibiotic that had been filled by another pharmacy. So...not Pricechopper's problem, at all, yet the pharmacist understood the problem and gave me and adapter for the bottle that made dispensing the correct dose a breeze. Thank you!

This pharmacy would probably rather have you de-ad than fill your meds in a timely fashion. Then you’ll get 3 different texts 3 hours apart for pickups. Then you’ll wait in line while the pharmacist shows another customer videos on her phone. Then a super unfriendly associate will come to check you out. Then you’ll be told one of the meds is at the “central pharmacy” and not at this location. You’re just better off not even starting out here to begin with. Old lady with the mask and glasses is absolutely rotten. Lady with dark hair and glasses always has something unnecessary to say. The only helpful and considerate person I’ve ever dealt with is pharmacist Gene or one of the visiting pharmacists. Really unfortunate.

The Store Manager needs to speak to the pharmacist and employees who work at their pharmacy. This pharmacy is a joke. I have been told my doctor cancelled my prescription and then 15 min later “their system cancelled it” with no reason, and then an hour later they were “suddenly out of my meds and unable to fill them.” When I asked why I was not contacted they HUNG UP ON ME. They have been directly responsible for my having a grand mal seizure when they did not fill my medication I have been getting monthly since 2016. Negligent and illegal practices. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They do not contact you, or know what they are doing on a basic level. I have NEVER been treated like this by a pharmacy. I was calm and trying to understand what I needed to do and was met with rudeness unlike any

Knowledgeable. Helpful, friendly, and engaging is the pharmacy staff. They were very considerate and caring at all times and were amazing and took their time and made me very happy, and they were very helpful. Thank price chopper pharmacy

Pharmacy will Keep you on hold for well over an hour. Which is crazy just to make sure they have your medication so if they don't you can contact your Dr and have it sent to a different pharmacy.
