Long wait times are the norm.  Took my middle schooler in for consult to get braces.  Our first appointment, my wife, son and I waited for 70 minutes past our appointment time to be seen.  Many apologies by the staff.  Still, that is too long. Second appointment (for xrays and mouth mold) with my son and I; waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time to be seen.  Again, many apologies but I am now seeing a pattern. Third appointment, my wife and I go in to discuss the recommended plan.  Appointment was at 0830 (kind of hard to fall behind that early).  At 9 a.m. I finally went to the desk to ask what time our 0830 appointment would be.  Again, many apologies but the doctor will get to us as soon as he can is what we are told.
