Preventive Primary Care

Dr. Badger is absolutely awesome, and this review does not reflect her services. I can't speak for Dr. Alferi, as I wasn't seen by him and never spoke to him, but I'm sure he is fine too. This review, and the reason i will not be returning, is [about] the staff at this practice. They are inconsiderate and have a devil-may-care attitude. I have been trying to get a medication that is on backorder for months, and when I finally had the opportunity to get started on it today, I spent hours waiting and calling back and forth with the office to try and get them to speak to a Dr at the practice and get them to send the proper prescription over. Shelly told me she'll send a message, and that's all she can do. She'll call me when there's an update. After hours went by and nothing was sent, I calle
