Prevea Urgent Care

I told the front desk person I was experiencing vaginal bleeding. They said I would be seen shortly. Waited about an hour for urgent care visit, just to be brought back for 5 minutes and told they don't have the capabilities to do ultrasound or blood work, so they wouldn't know what is actually wrong. Would have been nice to know upfront so I didn't waste my time and could have gone elsewhere that does have the capabilities. Hope I'm not being billed for this waste of time.

I had an awful time here last week. I had to be swabbed for a test and went during my lunch, which was 1 hour. I checked in and sat in the lobby for 47 minutes with no doctor or RN in sight. I understand long wait times, but I was told numerous times by the front desk that it would be "any minute now", so I waited patiently instead of leaving, getting lunch, and coming back another time. When I was there, 9 people were seen before me, 7 of them having arrived after me, and front desk could not explain how patients were seen or why there were no doctors/staff available for me. After 55 minutes of waiting, the front desk finally said I wouldn't be seen for another 15-20 minutes, so I had to leave. I had used this Urgent Care a number of times. Every occasion I received excellent, highly professional care myself and my family as well!

This urgent care is amazing, front desk is always so nice, and the Dr and nurses are always spot on with my kids illness and get them on something so they don’t suffer, they go above and beyond.

We had to take our daughter in to urgent care today and the care we received was terrific! Receptionist was so nice and we were seen within 5 minutes of arriving. The PA, Jeff was outstanding with my very cranky toddler. He was so patient and took his time easing her into the things he was about to do to check her out. In and out in less than 20 minutes, friendly and kind service, we will definitely be coming to this location from now on!
